That is usually how long it takes for me to see any results. I put a little sticky on my monitor so that I could check off the weeks. The hardest for me is going to be exercising while I travel next week and refraining from eating my favorite food.
1 week down, 2 to go and then a weigh in!
This week, I have walked S-today and started using my heart rate monitor to monitor my caloric expenditures. Woo hoo. I feel soreness and aches and I am so tired from getting up so early. I look so forward to sleeeep.
